Shown March 2024. The series combines sculpture and painting to explore depiction of landscapes through varying levels of abstraction. The familiar becomes unrecognizable, and in its total uncertainty is at once peaceful and foreboding. The series welcomes viewers into a determinedly ambiguous world of woodlands, passageways, and unbeating hearts. Kenny invites you to imagine your own transformation as you navigate these landscapes.
